1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 700bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 700bd website located at https://700bd.vip, including all associated services, games, promotional offers, and payment systems.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on 700bd, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the 700bd platform and close your account.

700bd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's announcements section or by notice upon login. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1.1 Governing Language

This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.2 Eligibility

Use of the 700bd platform is restricted to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are accessing the platform of their own free will and for personal entertainment purposes;
• Are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in placing bets or operating an account;
• Are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion list recognised by 700bd;
• Are not employees, contractors, directors, officers, or immediate family members of 700bd or any of its affiliated game suppliers.

1.3 Jurisdiction

700bd is operated with Bangladeshi players as its primary target audience. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your country, region, or jurisdiction. 700bd makes no representation that its services are legal in every jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is done entirely at the player's own risk and responsibility.

1.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 700bd with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior communications, representations, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on 700bd — including placing bets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document;
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet;
• Your date of birth;
• A unique username and a strong, confidential password.

You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage — including during identity verification — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 700bd. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment wallet, or the same device, is strictly prohibited. Where 700bd identifies that a player holds duplicate accounts:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately without prior notice;
• Any bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts will be voided;
• Balances across all duplicate accounts may be consolidated or forfeited at 700bd's discretion;
• The player may be permanently banned from the platform.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

700bd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Bangladeshi passport;
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA);
• Recent bKash, Nagad, or bank account statement confirming your name and mobile number.

700bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 700bd will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility until you notify 700bd of unauthorised access. To report a suspected security breach, contact support immediately through in-platform live chat.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 700bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 700bd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

3.1 Deposits

700bd accepts deposits through the following payment channels:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200;
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200;
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — minimum deposit ৳200;
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200.

Deposits are credited to your 700bd account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. In the event that a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction, you must contact 700bd support and provide the relevant transaction reference number.

700bd does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations. It is your responsibility to be aware of the limits applicable to your chosen payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent deposit. Requests to withdraw to a different wallet will not be processed without completion of an additional verification step;
• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is approved;
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the related funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing operates during 700bd operational hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next operational day;
• Under normal operational conditions, approved withdrawals are transferred within 5–15 minutes of approval.

3.3 Transaction Fees

700bd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside 700bd's control. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's current fee schedule before transacting.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

700bd is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any financial crime. 700bd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account displaying unusual transaction patterns or large, unexplained deposits. Accounts suspected of facilitating financial crime will be suspended immediately and relevant information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

700bd offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page.

4.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who have not previously claimed the same promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available to each eligible player once. Players who hold duplicate accounts, have been flagged for bonus abuse, or are under active investigation are not eligible to claim any promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page. By way of general illustration: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the player must place cumulative qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified per promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the automatic removal of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of stake. Live casino games may contribute 10%–100% depending on the title. Pure slots typically contribute 100%. These rates are specified per promotion;
• 700bd reserves the right to void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has exploited low-risk betting strategies (e.g., simultaneous wagering on opposing outcomes) to artificially fulfil a wagering requirement.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering with other players to reduce risk, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — is a serious breach of this Agreement. 700bd reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player in cases of confirmed bonus abuse.

4.4 Promotional Changes

700bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. A promotion that has already been claimed and whose wagering requirements are in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming, unless 700bd determines that the promotion was claimed in violation of the eligibility conditions.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the 700bd platform, whether in the sportsbook, live casino, slots, or any other game category.

5.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on 700bd are final once confirmed. 700bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly erroneous (manifest errors), or on markets that were offered incorrectly due to a technical fault. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 700bd does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout a sporting event;
• Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the conclusion of the event. Subsequent amendments to official results do not affect bet settlement unless explicitly stated on the market;
• In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be settled according to 700bd's specific sport-by-sport void rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform;
• Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to limits that vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

5.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios, including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each individual live game (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Andar Bahar, etc.) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live game round — the round outcome will be determined by the studio's own recorded game data. 700bd accepts the studio's determination as final.

5.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on 700bd are supplied by independently audited studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Outcomes are generated by certified RNG systems that 700bd does not modify or interfere with. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are based on long-term theoretical calculations and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

5.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market. Attempting to circumvent stake limits through multiple simultaneous accounts or coordinated betting with other players is a prohibited activity under Section 6 of this Agreement.

5.5 Disconnection Policy

700bd is not liable for interrupted sessions caused by the player's internet connection, device performance, or power failure. If a disconnection occurs during a casino game round, the game will resume from its current state upon reconnection. For live casino games, the studio's server log is the authoritative record of game outcomes in the event of any dispute.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 700bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account on the platform;
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment credentials;
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms to guarantee profit at 700bd's expense;
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technical means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an advantage not available to standard users;
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, as described in Section 4.3;
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities;
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after using deposited funds on the platform;
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing 700bd staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

700bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools;
• Identification of a player under the age of 18;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 700bd account at any time by contacting support through in-platform live chat. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining balance from your account. 700bd will process a withdrawal of your verified balance to your registered payment wallet upon account closure, provided that no funds are subject to pending wagering requirements or active investigations.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Account Settings section. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place any bets. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Temporary self-exclusion periods (from one week to twelve months) may only be shortened after the mandatory cooling period has elapsed.

7.3 Balance on Suspension

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach under investigation, the account balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the balance will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, 700bd's remedies as described in Section 6 and throughout this Agreement will apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 700bd, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform, including losses resulting from bets placed in error, incorrect odds accepted in error, or adverse gaming outcomes;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or by Bangladesh Bank processing schedules;
• Any data loss, technical malfunction, or service degradation caused by factors outside 700bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, device incompatibilities, and third-party software failures;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8.1 Force Majeure

700bd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, cyber-attacks, or third-party service provider outages. In such circumstances, 700bd will restore services as promptly as reasonably practicable.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the 700bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 700bd or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 700bd content without express written permission.

8.3 Changes to the Platform

700bd reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any feature, game, payment method, or service from the platform at any time without prior notice. 700bd does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or promotional feature.

8.4 Contact & Disputes

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, a payment has not been processed, or your account has been dealt with unfairly, you must raise a dispute with the 700bd support team through in-platform live chat within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 700bd will respond to all formally raised disputes within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome and rationale in writing via the platform's messaging system.
